LncRNA Sequencing (CAT#: STEM-MB-0044-WXH)

Introduction

Long non-coding RNAs (long ncRNAs, lncRNA) are a type of RNA, generally defined as transcripts more than 200 nucleotides that are not translated into protein.
lncRNA are involved in a wide range of important cellular processes and play a critical role in human diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease and neurological disorders. lncRNA-Seq reveals the complete picture of the lncRNA in a biological sample under specific conditions.
The technical principle is to eliminate the rRNA with the highest content in the RNA, and then filter out the small RNAs with high content such as tRNA and snRNA through magnetic bead screening, and then build a library and sequence all the remaining RNA.
Compared with the common transcript library method, the accuracy of lncRNA sequencing is better, and more abundant information can be obtained.
