This stainless steel sintered cartridge is designed for high-temperature filtration and repeated backwashing. It is manufactured from ultrafine stainless steel powder by high-temperature sintering. Powder particle size and process conditions can be adjusted to control pore size and porosity. The rigid porous structure provides high mechanical strength and stable filtration performance. Good permeability supports low initial resistance and high process flow. The metallic element can operate in compatible corrosive environments and at elevated temperatures. It can be installed in high-pressure backwash filters for oils, food liquids, beverages, chemicals, and polymer processes. The cartridge can be regenerated by backwashing, backblowing, ultrasonic cleaning, or suitable chemical cleaning.
