DLHPVHBR Sterile Low Protein Adsorption PVDF Filter Cartridge (CAT#: STEM-BC-0008-ZJF)

DLHPVHBR and LHPVHBR filter cartridges are designed using hydrophilic PVDF membrane with positive charge to achieve low protein adsorption and low extractables. They provide broad chemical compatibility and high thermal resistance, suitable for filtering culture media, biological reagents, antibiotics, and vaccines. Each cartridge undergoes 100% integrity testing to ensure sterility and performance. The cartridges support online and high-pressure steam sterilization, maintaining integrity after multiple cycles. Structural components include PP support layers, PP housing and end caps, PBT inner liners, and silicone or fluororubber O-rings. Filtration is achieved with dual-layer or single-layer PVDF membranes with precise pore sizes. Unique serial number tracking enables complete traceability. These cartridges are applicable in quality control, vaccine preparation, and reagent filtration.
