3 µm PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, Multi-Interface Design (CAT#: STEM-BC-3002-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for three-micron filtration of compatible liquids and gases. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven flow-distribution layers. The pleated structure increases filtration area and contaminant-holding capacity. Thermal welding joins the support components and end caps without adhesives. The 3 µm configuration supports removal of suspended solids before finer downstream filtration. Multiple standard cartridge interfaces allow installation in different housing designs. The cartridge can be supplied in electronic, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, water-treatment, and general industrial grades. Every completed unit undergoes integrity testing before release.
