Food-Additive PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2963-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for clarification and particle removal from compatible food additives. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven flow-distribution layers. The pleated structure provides high flow and substantial contaminant-holding capacity. The wide pore-size range supports pretreatment, polishing, and fine filtration duties. The cartridge is assembled without adhesives and is designed to prevent filtration-media release. Different polypropylene membrane grades can be selected according to purity and retention requirements. Food-grade production configurations include cleanroom manufacture and purified-water rinsing. Every cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
