PARP/PAFP/PATP/PACP Compact High-Flow Pleated Filter Cartridge, Φ83 mm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2886-ZJF)

This compact high-flow pleated cartridge is designed for industrial liquid filtration where installation space is limited. It uses a high-precision nanoscale polypropylene microfiber membrane as the primary filtration medium. Polypropylene support layers, grid fabric, nonwoven material, cage, and core form the main cartridge structure. Thermal welding assembles the cartridge without adhesives and minimizes media shedding. The PARP configuration emphasizes enlarged filtration area and general high-flow performance. The PAFP configuration uses a gradient composite structure to improve filtration efficiency. The PATP and PACP configurations use gradient structures to increase contaminant-holding capacity. Optional GF, PES, nylon, PTFE, PVDF, and activated-carbon-fiber media support additional chemical and process requirements. The 83 mm outside diameter provides higher filtration area than conventional narrow cartridges while retaining a compact form.
