DPSTF is a sterilizing-grade PES filter cartridge designed with an asymmetric membrane structure and built-in pre-filtration layer. The hydrophilic Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane provides broad chemical compatibility for special fluid filtration. Its asymmetric structure supports improved flow performance during sterilizing filtration. The integrated pre-filtration layer helps extend service life and reduce operating cost. The cartridge is suitable for high-viscosity fluids and sterile filtration applications. The structure includes Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane, polypropylene support, polypropylene housing components, PBT interface liner, and multiple seal material options. Each cartridge is integrity tested and traceable by unique serial number. The filter supports repeated online steam sterilization and high-pressure steam sterilization.
