PP Crystallization-Liquor Prefilter Cartridge, 0.10-50.0 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2953-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for pretreatment of compatible crystallization liquors and chemical process solutions. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane and polypropylene nonwoven support layers. The pleated media provide a large effective filtration area for removal of suspended solids before downstream processing. Welded edge seals and end caps create an adhesive-free cartridge. The construction is designed to avoid fiber or membrane release into the process liquid. Imported and domestic polypropylene membrane grades can be selected according to purity and retention requirements. The broad pore-size range supports removal of coarse crystals, fines, and other suspended contaminants. The cartridge can be supplied in different production grades for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, electronic, and water-treatment service. Every finished unit undergoes integrity testing.
