Pharmaceutical-Grade PES Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2966-ZJF)

This pharmaceutical-grade pleated cartridge is designed for precision filtration of biological and medicinal liquids. It uses an asymmetric hydrophilic polyethersulfone membrane with imported support layers. The membrane provides high porosity, high flow, and very low protein adsorption. Polypropylene structural components support the membrane during filtration and steam sterilization. The cartridge is assembled by welded construction without adhesives or intentional fiber release. Its 0.10 µm rating supports high-precision microbial and particulate removal. Each cartridge carries an individual identification code and undergoes complete integrity testing. Typical applications include buffers, serum, biological products, culture media, ophthalmic solutions, injectables, protein solutions, fermentation feeds, and antibiotics.
