APSGF Glass Fiber Prefilter PES Filter Cartridge (CAT#: STEM-BC-0050-ZJF)

APSGF is an asymmetric PES filter cartridge with a glass fiber pre-filtration layer for high-viscosity fluid pre-filtration. The glass fiber layer acts as the prefilter, while the Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane serves as the final filtration layer. This structure supports high loading capacity, high flow rate, and low pressure drop. It is suitable for pre-filtration of viscous process fluids before downstream filtration steps. The cartridge uses polypropylene support and structural components with a PBT interface liner and multiple seal material options. It supports online steam sterilization and autoclave sterilization. The product undergoes 100% integrity testing and is traceable through a unique serial number. Its configuration is intended to extend service life in challenging fluid applications.
