Cosmetic Liquid And Gas PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2955-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for filtration of cosmetic liquids and process gases. It uses a polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven flow-distribution layers. The pleated structure provides a large effective area for clarification and particle removal. The cartridge is assembled by edge sealing and welded end caps without adhesives. Its integrated construction is designed to prevent filtration-media shedding into sensitive cosmetic products. Several polypropylene membrane grades can be selected according to cleanliness and retention requirements. The broad pore-size range supports pretreatment, intermediate filtration, and terminal polishing. Every completed cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
