Pleated Microporous Filter Cartridge, 0.1-100 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2837-ZJF)

This pleated filter cartridge is designed for high-flow clarification, prefiltration, and sterilizing-grade filtration. A flat microporous membrane is repeatedly pleated around an internal support core to create a large effective filtration area. The expanded surface area increases contaminant capacity while reducing flow resistance and pressure loss. Membrane and support materials can be selected to suit aqueous, biological, solvent, gas, or corrosive process streams. Polyethersulfone media provide high flow and low protein adsorption for pharmaceutical and biotechnology applications. Polypropylene media support economical general-purpose and pretreatment filtration. PVDF, nylon, and PTFE options extend compatibility to sterilization, organic solvents, gases, and aggressive chemicals. Uniform pore distribution supports defined particle separation and high retention efficiency. Multiple lengths, diameters, and end connections allow the cartridge to be matched to standard process housings.
