High-Flow Replacement Pleated Filter Cartridge, 110 m³/h (CAT#: STEM-BC-2942-ZJF)

This high-flow pleated cartridge is designed for circulation-water and industrial liquid treatment. It uses a gradient pore structure to retain contaminants progressively within the media. The inside-to-outside flow direction keeps captured solids inside the element. A 152 mm outside diameter provides a larger filtration area than conventional cartridges. The maximum stated single-element flow reaches 110 m³/h for the 60-inch configuration. High throughput reduces the number of cartridges and sealing points required in the filtration system. The resulting housing can have a smaller diameter and require less installation space. Pleated glass-fiber and polypropylene versions provide different thermal operating ranges. Multiple precision and length options allow the cartridge to be matched to varying contaminant loads and process flows.
