APSBR Long-Life Asymmetric PES Sterilizing Filter Cartridge (CAT#: STEM-BC-0047-ZJF)

APSBR is a sterilizing-grade filter cartridge using an asymmetric hydrophilic Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane for high loading capacity and reliable filtration performance. The filter is designed for pharmaceutical filtration processes requiring broad chemical compatibility and long service life. It is suitable for sterile filtration of traditional medicine injections, sterile APIs, ophthalmic solutions, liquid products, and buffer solutions. The asymmetric membrane design improves loading capacity and helps reduce operating cost. The structure includes Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane, polypropylene support, polypropylene housing components, PBT interface liner, and multiple seal material options. The cartridge supports repeated online steam sterilization and autoclave sterilization. Each cartridge undergoes 100% integrity testing and is traceable by unique serial number. It is designed to meet sterilizing filtration requirements in pharmaceutical process applications.
