TRB Glass-Fiber Pleated Filter Cartridge, 4.2 bar (CAT#: STEM-BC-2864-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for depth filtration of liquids and gases containing particles, colloids, or high contaminant loads. It uses an ultrafine borosilicate glass-fiber composite membrane with strong adsorption capacity. The pleated structure provides a large active surface area for contaminant retention. Polypropylene support layers and structural components reinforce the media during operation. Thermal welding assembles the cartridge without adhesives and minimizes fiber or particle release from bonded areas. The combination of high particle-removal efficiency and low pressure loss supports rapid flow and extended service life. The filter is particularly suitable for clarification of viscous liquids and colloid-containing process streams. Applications include serum, vaccines, culture media, protein solutions, wine, syrup, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, catalysts, viscose solutions, chemical fibers, dust removal, and gas prefiltration.
