LPVA Hydrophobic PVDF Sterilizing Filter Cartridge, 15 Steam Cycles (CAT#: STEM-BC-2866-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for sterile filtration of compressed air, vent gases, and compatible corrosive liquids. It uses a naturally hydrophobic PVDF composite membrane with strong oxidation and chemical resistance. The membrane maintains microbial retention performance in both dry and moist operating conditions. Polypropylene support and flow-distribution layers reinforce the membrane during service. Thermal welding produces an adhesive-free assembly without intentional media shedding. Low protein adsorption supports use with biological and pharmaceutical process fluids when compatible. Each cartridge carries an individual identification code and undergoes integrity testing. Typical applications include tank vents, nitrogen, compressed air, fermentation gases, electronic-grade chemicals, solvents, and high-purity gas systems.
