PP Activated-Carbon Removal Pleated Cartridge, 0.10-50.0 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2952-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for removal of activated-carbon particles after adsorption or decolorization processes. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven support and distribution layers. The pleated structure provides a large area for retaining carbon fines and suspended contaminants. Welded assembly eliminates adhesives and limits potential extractables. The cartridge is designed to prevent filtration-media shedding into the clarified liquid. Multiple polypropylene membrane grades can be selected according to chemical compatibility and required particle retention. The available pore sizes support coarse carbon capture, polishing filtration, and downstream equipment protection. It can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, water-treatment, and industrial processing systems. All completed cartridges undergo integrity testing.
