316L Stainless Steel Pleated Filter Cartridge, High-Temperature Service (CAT#: STEM-BC-2973-ZJF)

This stainless steel pleated cartridge is designed for filtration under high-temperature and corrosive process conditions. It uses stainless steel fiber sintered felt and woven stainless steel mesh as the principal filtration media. The sintered-fiber layer forms a porous depth structure with high mechanical strength. Pleating increases the available filtration area compared with a cylindrical unpleated element. High porosity provides substantial flow and contaminant-holding capacity. The metallic construction resists compatible acids, alkalis, chemicals, hydraulic oils, and elevated-temperature fluids. Retained contaminants can be removed through suitable cleaning and regeneration procedures. The cartridge is suitable for polymers, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, water treatment, hot gases, process liquids, and hydraulic systems.
