Application: Solid phase extraction mainly consists of activation, loading, leaching and elution. The solid phase extraction device is composed of three parts, such as pressure chamber, collecting bottle and extraction column. The solid phase extraction instrument produced by our company is mainly divided into round and square, which are made of extra-hard and thickened glass material, acid and alkali resistance and high temperature. If the solvent and sample solution are left naturally by gravity only, it will take a long time, so vacuum pump can be used to make it flow down at a certain speed to achieve the expected experimental effect.
