PP Ink Filtration Pleated Cartridge, 0.10-50.0 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2947-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for removal of particles from inks and compatible printing fluids. It uses a polypropylene microfiber membrane supported by polypropylene nonwoven layers. The pleated structure provides a large effective filtration area for stable flow and contaminant retention. Edge sealing, cage assembly, and welded end caps create an integrated cartridge without adhesives. The clean construction is designed to prevent media shedding into sensitive ink systems. Multiple polypropylene membrane grades allow selection according to ink chemistry and required retention efficiency. The broad pore-size range supports coarse pretreatment, intermediate filtration, and fine particle removal. The cartridge can also process compatible organic solvents, photoresists, electronic chemicals, and process water. Every unit undergoes integrity testing before shipment.
