FAPS PES Sterilizing-Grade Pleated Filter Cartridge, 15 Steam Cycles (CAT#: STEM-BC-2862-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for high-flow microbial removal from pharmaceutical, biological, and high-purity liquids. It uses a dual-layer asymmetric polyethersulfone membrane with uniform pore structure and high porosity. The composite membrane arrangement provides reliable bacterial retention while maintaining efficient fluid throughput. Polypropylene support and flow-distribution layers reinforce the membrane throughout operation. Thermal welding produces an adhesive-free cartridge with no intentional media shedding. Every cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release, and the integrity values are correlated with bacterial-challenge performance. An individual serial number supports production-batch and use-history traceability. The hydrophilic Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane provides low protein adsorption for buffers, serum, biological products, culture media, ophthalmic solutions, injectables, protein solutions, and fermentation feeds.
