0.22 µm PES Sterilizing-Grade Pleated Cartridge, 0.65 m² (CAT#: STEM-BC-3004-ZJF)

This sterilizing-grade PES cartridge is designed for terminal filtration of pharmaceutical, biological, food, and high-purity liquids. It uses an asymmetric polyethersulfone membrane with uniform pore distribution. The naturally hydrophilic membrane provides high flow and rapid wetting. Low protein adsorption helps reduce product loss during serum, protein, and biological-fluid filtration. Polypropylene support components maintain membrane stability during use and sterilization. The cartridge is thermally welded without adhesives and is designed to prevent fiber release. Its 0.22 µm rating supports fine particulate and microbial removal. Each completed cartridge is purified-water rinsed and integrity tested.
