PES Terminal Sterilizing Filter Cartridge, 0.04-0.65 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3016-ZJF)

This PES cartridge is designed for terminal sterilizing filtration of pharmaceutical, biological, food, and high-purity liquids. It uses an asymmetric polyethersulfone membrane with a uniform microporous structure. The naturally hydrophilic membrane supports rapid wetting and high liquid flow. Low adsorption of proteins and microorganisms helps reduce product loss during biological processing. Polypropylene flow-distribution and support components stabilize the membrane during operation. The cartridge is thermally welded without adhesives and is designed to prevent media shedding. It can be steam sterilized and is rinsed with purified or high-purity water before use. Every cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
