0.22 µm PTFE Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.65 m² (CAT#: STEM-BC-2985-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for high-precision filtration of compatible gases and liquids. It uses a PTFE membrane supported by imported flow-distribution layers and a polypropylene cage or stainless-steel-lined core. The cartridge is assembled through pleating, edge sealing, structural fixation, and fused end-cap joining. No adhesive is used, and the construction is designed to prevent filtration-media shedding. Naturally hydrophobic and modified hydrophilic membrane configurations are available. The hydrophobic configuration is suitable for sterile gas filtration, while aqueous liquids require alcohol prewetting before filtration. The membrane provides broad compatibility with organic solvents, corrosive chemicals, elevated temperatures, and ozone. Every cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
