PP Flavor-Raw-Material Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50.0 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2954-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for clarification and particle removal from compatible flavor and fragrance raw materials. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven flow-distribution layers. The pleated structure provides a large effective area for stable processing and extended service. Edge sealing and welded end caps eliminate adhesives from the construction. The cartridge is designed to prevent media shedding into sensitive aromatic liquids. Multiple polypropylene membrane grades allow selection according to fluid chemistry, cleanliness, and required retention. The broad pore-size range supports coarse clarification, intermediate prefiltration, and fine polishing. Different production grades can support food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, electronic, and general industrial applications. Each cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
