Multilayer Gradient Stainless Steel Sintered Filter Cartridge, 0.5-70 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3014-ZJF)

This powder-sintered cartridge is designed for precision filtration under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. It can be manufactured from 304, 304L, 316, or 316L stainless steel powder. Screening, forming, and sintering processes create a rigid porous filtration structure. Powder grades and process settings can be selected to control pore size, porosity, and filtration performance. The cartridge removes suspended solids and fine particles without releasing filtration media into the process fluid. High permeability provides low initial resistance and supports large flow rates. The element can be regenerated online by gas backblowing or liquid backwashing. Physical and chemical cleaning methods can restore performance after heavier contamination. Tubular, plate, disc, cap, rod, and other customized shapes can be produced.
