PBRP/PBFP/PBTP/PBCP Large-Diameter Pleated Filter Cartridge, Φ131 mm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2882-ZJF)

This large-diameter pleated cartridge is designed for high-throughput filtration with a compact system footprint. The primary medium is a high-efficiency submicron polypropylene fiber membrane. Polypropylene grid fabric, nonwoven support layers, and structural components reinforce the pleated assembly. Thermal welding forms the cartridge without adhesives or intentional media shedding. The PBRP configuration emphasizes enlarged filtration area and extended service life. The PBFP configuration uses a gradient composite structure to improve filtration efficiency. The PBTP and PBCP configurations use gradient structures to increase contaminant-holding capacity. Alternative GF, PES, nylon, PTFE, PVDF, and activated-carbon-fiber media can be supplied according to process requirements. The larger cartridge diameter supports high flow while reducing element count, replacement frequency, and installation space.
