Industrial Coding-Ink PP Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50.0 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2951-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for particle control in industrial coding and printing ink systems. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane and polypropylene nonwoven flow-distribution media. The pleated construction provides high filtration area for stable ink flow through compact equipment. Welded edges and end caps eliminate the need for adhesives. The cartridge is designed to avoid media shedding that could obstruct nozzles or printing heads. Multiple polypropylene membrane grades allow selection for different ink compositions and required cleanliness levels. The broad pore-size range supports upstream protection, circulation filtration, and final particle removal. It can also be used with compatible organic solvents, electronic chemicals, photoresists, and process liquids. Every unit undergoes integrity testing before release.
