ORP All-PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, 4.2 bar (CAT#: STEM-BC-2861-ZJF)

This pleated filter cartridge is designed for high-capacity particulate removal in industrial liquid processes. It uses a submicron-grade polypropylene fiber membrane with polypropylene support layers and structural components. The pleated configuration provides a larger effective filtration area than a conventional melt-blown cartridge of comparable size. Increased membrane area supports higher throughput and greater contaminant-holding capacity. The all-polypropylene flow path provides broad compatibility with many aqueous chemicals, acids, alkalis, and industrial fluids. Thermal welding assembles the cartridge without adhesives and prevents media shedding from bonded joints. The cartridge is commonly installed as a pretreatment element to protect final filters and sterilizing-grade membranes. It is applicable to raw water, process water, oils, machining fluids, coatings, dyes, electroplating liquids, and wastewater clarification.
