Oilfield Injection-Water Pleated Filter Cartridge, 1-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2926-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for filtration of oilfield injection water, completion fluids, and workover fluids. Its three-layer media structure combines surface filtration with depth filtration. Polyester nonwoven, glass fiber, and polypropylene media can be selected according to the process requirement. The combined structure provides high filtration efficiency while maintaining low differential pressure. High contaminant capacity reduces cartridge-change frequency and unnecessary operating losses. Multiple retention ratings allow the cartridge to remove suspended solids at different treatment stages. Polypropylene or ABS end caps and cores provide structural support. Several end configurations allow installation in compatible industrial filter housings. The cartridge is also suitable for oils, chemical feedstocks, organic solutions, electroplating liquids, water treatment, and reverse-osmosis pretreatment.
