NKMCX-200-3 Polymeric MCX SPE Cartridge, 200 mg/3 mL (CAT#: STEM-AL-0051-ZJF)

Highlights

Dual-mode retention for basic compounds

Polymeric sorbent structure

Strong cation exchange functionality

Cat Number: STEM-AL-0051-ZJF

Application: for basic analyte extraction

Model: NKMCX-200-3

Description

This product is a polymeric MCX SPE cartridge for extracting basic analytes from complex matrices. It uses mixed-mode strong cation exchange and reversed-phase retention in one cartridge. The sorbent is highly cross-linked PS/DVB polymer modified with sulfonic acid groups. Basic compounds are retained through both ionic and hydrophobic interactions. The cartridge can be used for cleanup and enrichment prior to analytical measurement. It is suitable for biological, food, and environmental samples containing basic target compounds. The sorbent supports operation across a broad pH range and is compatible with common organic solvents. This model provides 200 mg of sorbent in a 3 mL cartridge format for increased loading within the same cartridge volume.
