PTFE Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.01-10 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2986-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for precision filtration across a broad range of gas and liquid applications. It uses PTFE membrane media with imported flow-distribution layers and a polypropylene or stainless-steel-lined support structure. Pleating provides a large effective filtration area within a standard cartridge diameter. Thermal fusion and edge sealing form the cartridge without adhesives. Hydrophobic media support sterile gas, vent, and compressed-air filtration. Modified hydrophilic media can be selected for compatible liquid applications. The membrane resists many organic solvents, corrosive chemicals, ozone, and elevated temperatures. Every completed cartridge is integrity tested to verify assembly performance.
