M20 PTFE Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.01-10 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2984-ZJF)

This M20-interface pleated cartridge is designed for filtration of gases and chemically aggressive liquids. It uses a PTFE membrane with imported flow-distribution layers and a polypropylene or stainless-steel-lined support structure. The cartridge is pleated, edge sealed, enclosed by support components, and joined through fused end caps. No adhesive is used, and the assembly is designed to prevent media shedding. Natural hydrophobic and modified hydrophilic PTFE membrane versions are available. The hydrophobic membrane is suitable for sterile gas and vent filtration. Aqueous liquids require prewetting with ethanol or isopropanol when a hydrophobic membrane is used. Every cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
