LPVA Hydrophobic PVDF Pleated Filter Cartridge, 15 Steam Cycles (CAT#: STEM-BC-2879-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for sterile filtration of compressed air, vent gases, and compatible process liquids. It uses a naturally hydrophobic PVDF composite membrane with corrosion and oxidation resistance. The membrane can maintain microbial retention under both moist and dry operating conditions. Polypropylene support layers and structural components reinforce the membrane assembly. Thermal welding eliminates adhesives, surfactants, and intentional media shedding from the construction. Low protein adsorption supports compatible pharmaceutical and biological fluid applications. Each cartridge carries an individual identification code for production and use traceability. Integrity testing verifies the filtration assembly before process use. Typical applications include high-purity gases, tank vents, nitrogen, compressed air, fermentation gas, solvents, and electronic-grade chemicals.
