High-Flow Dust Filter Cartridge, Up to 130°C (CAT#: STEM-BC-2887-ZJF)

This high-flow dust cartridge is designed for removal of large quantities of dust and suspended particles from gas streams. Its pleated structure provides a large filtration area within a compact cartridge volume. The increased area supports high airflow with relatively low pressure loss. Installed as a prefilter, it intercepts bulk contaminants before they reach downstream precision filters. This arrangement helps extend the service life of higher-efficiency media and stabilize downstream gas pressure. Available media include wood-pulp fiber, fiber filter paper, ultrafine glass fiber, and polyester fiber. Different media options allow the cartridge to be selected according to gas temperature and contaminant characteristics. The cartridge can be regenerated or cleaned when the chosen construction and process conditions permit. Typical applications include fermentation, tobacco processing, textiles, and other industrial gas-treatment systems.
