Description

This industrial dust bag is designed for particulate collection in demanding gas and exhaust systems. Its permeable fiber structure provides high dust-removal efficiency while allowing process gas to pass through. Material options include polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, NOMEX, PPS, P84, PTFE, and glass fiber. Needle-punched and surface-treated constructions can be selected according to temperature and chemical exposure. High-temperature versions can operate continuously above 250°C under suitable conditions. The stated short-term temperature capability reaches approximately 280°C for appropriate media. Acid-, alkali-, oxidation-, and heat-resistant materials support operation in chemically difficult environments. Bag shapes, airflow directions, and internal or external filtration configurations can be selected for specific collectors. Sewing and thermal-welding manufacturing methods are used according to the selected fiber material. Typical applications include cement plants, steel mills, foundries, power plants, chemical facilities, grain processing, aluminum production, and waste incineration.
