All-PFA Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.05-10 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2878-ZJF)

This all-fluoropolymer pleated cartridge is designed for precision filtration in chemically aggressive environments. It uses an expanded PTFE membrane supported by PFA structural and flow-distribution components. The fluoropolymer construction provides resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and various organic solvents. Thermal fusion welding forms the cartridge without adhesives and minimizes media shedding. The pleated structure provides high effective area, high throughput, and low pressure loss. Multiple retention ratings allow the cartridge to be selected for fine particle removal or broader clarification duties. The cartridge can undergo integrity testing and be identified through a traceable serial code. Its temperature and pressure capability varies according to the actual operating temperature. The product is suitable for high-purity fluids and demanding processes where corrosion resistance and low contamination are required.
