IRIS Advantage ICAP Spectometer, model 14034001, is manufactured by TJA Solutions.
The IRIS Advantage ICAP (Inductively Coupled Argon Plasma) Series spectrometers are designed to provide users with the speed and performance of a simultaneous ICAP, and the wavelength accuracy and flexibility of a sequential ICAP. A proprietary CID (Charge Injection Device) detector supplies continuous wavelength coverage with spectral information available at a glance.
The series can extend the wavelength range down to 165 nm, allowing the determination of A1 at the 167.081 nm line, as well as the determination of N using the 174.272 nm line. The instruments can perform these tasks while retaining the ability to measure K at 766.490 nm. The series also comes with full-range, dual viewing capabilities including select full-range axial, radial, or automatic plasma orientations.
