Hydrophobic PTFE Vent Filter Cartridge, Sterilizing Grade (CAT#: STEM-BC-2932-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed primarily for sterile filtration of vent gases and process air. It uses a biaxially expanded PTFE membrane with imported flow-distribution and support layers. The pleated media are edge sealed, fixed around the inner core, enclosed by an outer cage, and joined through welded end caps. No adhesive is used in the cartridge construction. The naturally hydrophobic membrane provides reliable gas sterilization under both dry and humid conditions. Hydrophilic PTFE versions can also be supplied for corrosive and oxidizing liquid filtration. Each cartridge carries identifying information and a traceable product code. Every unit undergoes integrity testing and is supplied with quality documentation. The cartridge is suitable for microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, sterile tank vents, and solvent-processing systems.
