SSPC Stainless Steel Screen Filter Cartridge, 100 μm (CAT#: STEM-BC-0192-ZJF)

The SSPC stainless steel screen filter cartridge is suitable for prefiltration of high-viscosity slurry. It is easy to clean and can be customized according to onsite operating requirements. The cartridge uses 304 or 316L stainless steel filter material and structural components. It can operate at temperatures up to 480°C and withstand a maximum differential pressure of 0.5 MPa. The cleaning method can be selected according to the contaminant type. Metal and hard particles can be removed by ultrasonic cleaning, high-frequency vibration, high-pressure water backflushing, or chemical cleaning. Fibrous contaminants can be treated by high-temperature cracking, pyrolysis, or hydrolysis. Colloids and polymers can be dissolved by suitable solvents or removed through thermal treatment.
