APSEA High Loading Asymmetric PES Bioburden Reduction Filter Cartridge (CAT#: STEM-BC-0049-ZJF)

APSEA is a high-loading asymmetric PES filter cartridge designed for microbial control before final sterilizing filtration. It uses a dual-layer configuration with a polypropylene pre-filtration layer and an asymmetric Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane. The design improves loading capacity and supports long service life in process filtration. It is suitable for reducing microbial burden during production before terminal sterilizing filtration. The cartridge can be used in applications where high dirt-holding capacity and bioburden reduction are required. The structure includes Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane, polypropylene support, polypropylene housing components, PBT interface liner, and multiple seal material options. It supports repeated online steam sterilization and autoclave sterilization. Each cartridge is 100% integrity tested and traceable by unique serial number.
