Electronic-Grade PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2930-ZJF)

This electronic-grade pleated cartridge is designed for high-purity liquid and gas filtration. It uses an imported polypropylene microfiber membrane with long-fiber polypropylene nonwoven support layers. Pleating, edge sealing, cage assembly, and end-cap fusion form the cartridge without adhesives. The construction is designed to prevent media shedding into sensitive process fluids. Its broad chemical stability supports acids, alkalis, alcohols, ketones, dimethylformamide, phenol, and other compatible chemicals. The large pleated area provides high flow with low initial differential pressure. Every cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release. Manufacturing takes place in a controlled cleanroom environment followed by extended ultrapure-water rinsing. Typical applications include electronic-grade water, compressed air, chemicals, organic solvents, inks, and photoresists.
