CSSC Five-Layer Stainless Steel Sintered Mesh Filter Cartridge, 5 μm (CAT#: STEM-BC-0189-ZJF)

The CSSC five-layer stainless steel sintered mesh filter cartridge is made from multiple layers of 316L or 304 stainless steel mesh through vacuum sintering. It offers excellent pressure resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and backwashing performance. The cartridge is suitable for solid-liquid separation of fluids containing rigid particles. It can be used for steam filtration, strong polar solution filtration, decarbonization filtration, low-viscosity liquid filtration, oxidizing liquid filtration, and corrosive liquid filtration. It is also suitable for liquid and gas filtration under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. The stainless steel sintered structure provides stable filtration precision and mechanical strength. Multiple precision grades are available from 1.0 μm to 200 μm. The cartridge can be configured with different interfaces, lengths, diameters, and sealing materials.
