Stainless Steel Positive-Negative Pressure Filter Housing, -0.1 to 0.6 MPa (CAT#: STEM-BC-2842-ZJF)

This stainless-steel filter housing is designed to operate safely under both positive pressure and full-vacuum conditions. It supports pressure-driven filtration, vacuum filtration, and pressure-vacuum cycles associated with sterile processing. The housing is manufactured from 316L stainless steel for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and hygienic food applications. Its reinforced construction reduces the risk of deformation when vacuum develops inside the vessel. Smooth internal surfaces and sanitary transitions minimize product retention and simplify cleaning. The housing can accommodate precision cartridges for clarification or sterilizing-grade filtration. Sanitary clamps and process connections support rapid installation, disassembly, and maintenance. Compatible gasket materials can be selected according to process temperature and chemical exposure. The housing is suitable for steam-in-place cycles, aseptic liquid filtration, bioreactor feeds, process gases, and water-for-injection systems.
