Industrial-Grade PP Pleated Water Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3005-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for removing suspended impurities from industrial water and compatible process fluids. It uses a polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven flow-distribution layers. The membrane is pleated to provide a large filtration area within a compact cartridge structure. The cartridge can be used for liquid filtration and compatible gas filtration. Its components are joined by ultrasonic or thermal welding without adhesives. The integrated construction is designed to prevent filtration-media shedding into the filtrate. A broad selection of pore sizes supports pretreatment, clarification, polishing, and downstream equipment protection. Different production grades and membrane options can be selected according to the required cleanliness and retention efficiency. Every completed cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
