Bispecific Antibody (BsAb) Production (CAT#: STEM-MB-0125-WXH)

Introduction

Bispecific antibody (BsAb) is a special antibody that can simultaneously bind two different antigens or different epitopes of an antigen, and can mediate a variety of mechanisms of action that cannot be achieved by monoclonal antibodies. Research on bispecific antibodies has great significance for cancer immunotherapy.

Applications

• Applied to in vitro immunoassay.
• Applied to in vivo immunotherapy.
• Applied to in vivo radioimmunoimaging diagnosis of tumors.

Procedure

1. Chemical coupling method. Two complete monoclonal antibodies are coupled using a chemical coupling agent;
2. Two-hybridoma fusion method. Produced by fusing two hybridoma cells to synthesize a double hybridoma strain;
3. Genetic engineering method. Through the bispecific modification of genetic engineering, bispecific antibodies are formed;
