64 Series Backwashable Iron Removal Filter Cartridge (CAT#: STEM-BC-0019-ZJF)

The 64 series filter cartridge is designed for condensate polishing pre-filtration and removal of suspended iron and copper oxides. It uses polypropylene filtration material with polypropylene support, flow distribution, frame, and interface components. The cartridge is configured for large filtration area, high dirt-holding capacity, and repeated backwashing. A reinforced frame structure improves mechanical strength and helps reduce interface cracking. The design supports low pressure drop and high flow operation in condensate pre-treatment systems. It helps protect downstream resin beds from particulate contamination and supports longer operating cycles of polishing systems. Multiple interface and length options allow matching with existing filter housings. The cartridge is suitable for power plant condensate treatment where reusable pre-filtration is required.
