1 µm PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, High-Flow Design (CAT#: STEM-BC-2981-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for one-micron particle removal from compatible liquids and gases. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven support layers. The pleated structure provides high effective area and substantial contaminant capacity. Its 1 µm rating supports precision clarification and downstream equipment protection. The cartridge is formed through edge sealing and welded end-cap assembly. No adhesive is used, and the flow path is designed to prevent media shedding. Multiple polypropylene membrane grades support different purity and retention requirements. Every cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
