Description

The UCF integrated filter cartridge has a one-piece housing with clamp-type inlet and outlet connections. It can be connected directly to process piping without using a stainless steel filter housing. The integrated housing and cartridge structure helps prevent adhesive leakage during filter replacement. It also reduces direct operator contact with adhesive, improving handling safety. The compact design reduces adhesive residue inside the filtration assembly. The internal cartridge can be selected from different filter options to match adhesive type and viscosity. The product is suitable for silicone, acrylic, PU, and similar adhesive filtration. It supports applications with viscosity below 5000 CPS.
