The SX2-4-10LT and SX2-4-10LTP are medium-size ceramic-fiber resistance furnaces for laboratory thermal work. They support elemental analysis, material testing, and heating of small metal parts. The 300 × 200 × 120 mm chamber provides more sample space than the compact models. Aluminum-silicate fiber insulation reduces heat storage and exterior temperature rise. Resistance wire embedded in the chamber walls supports fast and uniform furnace heating. The integrated PID controller displays both programmed and actual temperatures on an LCD. A coated cold-rolled steel exterior improves corrosion and aging resistance. Door-open heating interruption protects the operator, while the LTP configuration adds 30-segment temperature programming.
